Our extensive range of semi-finished, co-extrusion films is available from a choice of polymers (PET, PP and PE) to match your top seal and flowpack requirements.
Thanks to kp’s superior co-extrusion capabilities, they are specially formulated to be as thin as possible whilst creating a superior seal and high barrier, to protect and preserve food. This means they help to extend shelf life.
The vast majority of our extensive kp FlexiLam® range have anti fog and are high barrier.
When kp FlexiLam® is laminated with PE as an outer layer, the resulting top lidding film, kp FlexiLid® EH 145 R, is fully recyclable. It is certified by Interseroh and cyclos-HTP and designed following Ceflex guidelines for D4ACE PE mechanical recycling.

Our wide range of standard options offer thicknesses from 20μm to 60μm barrier structure for MAP and vacuum and can go higher if needed. Widths range from up to 1,200mm and lengths from 4,500m to 21,000m. We can create bespoke solutions to suit your application.
Thanks to the reduced gauge, we can add more film on the reel. This in turn means less changeovers on your lamination equipment.

They are perfect for fresh protein. The lock seal, peelable and burst peelable options combined with kp rigid films and trays offer optimum seal and freshness. And they are crystal clear bringing enhanced shelf appeal for your products.
It depends on the final structure to which you laminate our films. Our films are designed to be recyclable and are recyclable combined with a PE layer.
A notable advantage occurs when our thin films are laminated to a carboard substrate. The total substrate thickness can be reduced while still complying with local recyclability guidelines. This also brings total cost of ownership savings.
We do also have a fully recyclable option.
